Ruth Lillegraven

Agnete Brun

Ruth Lillegraven (b 1978, Norway) is an author living in Granvin.

She trained at Norway’s Marketing College (now BI) and has been Information Officer in the publishing house Det Norske Samlaget. She was later senior advisor in the Transport Ministry, where one of her responsibilities was to write speeches.

She made her debut as an author in 2005 with the poetry collection Store stygge dikt (Big Bad Poems). She has since published several poetry collections, novels and children’s books. In 2018 she published a thriller Everything is Mine (Clara Lofthus 1) which was followed by Blood Ties (Clara Lofthus 2).

She was awarded the Brage Prize for the poetry anthology Urd in 2013.
