Per Magnus Haig

Per Magnus Haig (b 1969, Norway) is a bartender and runs Kvisle Herregård.

After attending cookery school in 1986 he has worked as a maître d’hotel and bar and restaurant manager in several institutions. He followed wine and bar courses in Gothenburg and in 2021 published the book En bartenders bekjennelser: En flytende reise gjennom de sju dødssynder (A bartender’s confession: a fluid journey through the seven mortal sins).
