A drink is a chemical solution which contributes to relaxation and joy, and is at the same time a dangerous cocktail which may result in disintegration of norms and personality.

Bartender Per Magnus Haig mixes the ingredients from several parts of the country, lets us taste the drink and tells us about the world as seen from behind the bar.
