Frode Sandvik

Frode Sandvik (b 1976, Norway) is an art historian and curator. He has a higher degree in Art History from the University of Oslo and is a curator at the KODE art museums and composers’ homes in Bergen. KODE administers the third largest collection of works by Edvard Munch.

Amongst the exhibitions that Frode Sandvik has curated is Edvard Munch: There are worlds in us, exhibited at KODE in 2019 and Perhaps it is beautiful, about the art collector and Munch biographer Rolf E Stenersen, in collaboration with the Munch Museum and exhibited in both museums in 2022 and 2023.
