Ben Wenhou Yu

Ben Wenhou Yu (b 1984, China) is an architect and translator from Shanghai, China, based in Bergen. 

He is involved in cultural exchange between Norway and China, and together with designer Yilei Wang he founded "Northing", which works with literature, design, music and cultural events. They also publish bilingual books in Chinese and Norwegian through the publishing house Kinakaal. Ben Yu has translated several books himself, and his translation of Beatles by Lars Saabye Christensen was shortlisted for the Lu Xun Literary Translation Award in 2014.
